Mikron Tool has a new name
- The Swiss companies of the Mikron Group have merged
To further strengthen the position of the organization, the Board of Directors of Mikron has decided to merge the four Swiss companies Mikron SA Agno, Mikron Tool SA Agno, Mikron SA Boudry and Mikron Management AG into a new entity Mikron Switzerland AG. Mikron Holding AG will remain as an independent company.
The Mikron Group successfully adapted its structures on 21.06.2021. The merger has no impact on the Group's operational activities or on the management of the individual divisions, which will continue to be executed by the three business units - Automation, Machining and Tool.
This business decision brings only minor changes for our customers and partners. All business relationships and contractual agreements will remain unchanged. It is essential that the high quality of products and service that partners can expect from Mikron Tool is maintained.
As a result of the merger, the subsidiaries have been renamed and the former name Mikron Tool SA Agno has changed to Mikron Switzerland AG, Agno, Tool Division. As a result, the billing and delivery address and the VAT number will vary. Here are the new company details:
